Another car renting company that is not honest... Best advice is to not rent with them or take an insurance.
Would have scored higher if they had the car class available immediately. They played the game of "Sorry only much better cars, very expensive". I just told them, that was fine if they didn't have my class of car then they need to rent to me the next higher available one at the same price. Amazingly they then found the class I had booked. Not a good experience for my first rental as a Gold member with Hertz.
Very nice service , quick and reliable . The staff was very friendly and very courteous . They gave me a very nice car and a new one . I will definitely rent from them again .
Servicio rpido, amable y lo ms importante, me han dado un coche casi nuevo que funcionaba suave como la seda. La pena es que no sean un poco ms baratos. Pero otras veces he alquilado con otras agencias y me han cobrado por todo, al final te sale igual, pero terminas cabreado porque lo que te cobran al final es mucho ms.
