The staff at the Consulate in Alicante pulled out all the stops to help ensure me and my family received the emergency travel documents we needed to meet our flight in time. Cant thank them enough for opening the office early to get through the paperwork in time!
Had to attend the British Consulate after being robbed at the side of the road and passports stolen.The staff are very efficient and friendly, the building fairly easy to find using Google maps. There are a couple of underground car parks within walking distance.
Very disappointed. They were no help at all. Even though I have been attacked in my own home and my husband and I are under threat. Tried a denunciation. That does not come to court for three months. We have no protection from a violent abusive man. Not even the police will respond as he has influence!! The phone call was a waste of time.
